I am starting to think EA left this feature out. Only one team control for dynasty and that's it.

I always do Hurricane dynasty...normally get in 5 full years so I can see all my kids I recruited in year one through their senior season.

Then I will always pick a one or two star team to rebuild or mold into a BCS team. Sometimes it goes well (Marshall last year was a pet project of mine and I got them to a new years day bowl) sometimes it does not.

I will be playing this version for years and what is cool is I can get a different job with the CC feature.

The more I try, the more I am thinking EA is only allowing one user controlled team. Online or offline dynasties.

Go to Coach Central > Coach Info > press RB to create coach.

Usually two. One with an intriguing team that doesn't come from a power conference and the other with a team from a power conference.

2. Offline and Online Dynasty for me.

I was doing only offline until my friend and I finally set up our two-man online dynasty, although it seems really easy to see stats & stuff, so then I write about my offline dynasty and I keep on having to run up stairs to see the stats and type them, so maybe the online dynasty would be easier for that.
