This or madden?

I have played the demos for each and decided to get ONE game. I cant get two anyway but here is what I like about both games
-Teambuilder is awesome
-Ncaa feels smoother and faster which I like

I know the madden demo is in it's may build, but here is what i like from that

-Gameplay kind of similar to ncaa
-presentation is neat

I just have always liked watching the NFL more but NCAA football 12 plays better, but I still cant let it go that I dont want madden. Help!!!

Its preference really I haven't liked madden the last few years but this year ncaa is frustrating me with a few of the flaws.

It just depends. In High School, I was all about Madden. But since I started at college, playing NCAA has an extra meaning to me as I feel more connected to Texas Tech as I go there.

But yea, I would rent both then go from there. Honestly though, I feel as though Madden 12 is going to be really good this year. Especially with franchise mode getting a huge boost from what I understand.

I think once I get my hands on Madden that I won't be playing much of NCAA. I think Madden is going to be that much better. After playing the demo for Madden I think it could even steal some time away from 2k12 when it comes in October, but I'll have to see.
