FWIW, that punter is:
70 overall, 92 speed, 88 agility, 92 acceleration. 91 jump... If he had a higher awareness (40) He'd be a beast.
69 as a kicker
58 as a HB
57 as a WR

and 40 every other position.

Going to use him as a kicker because I redshirted a freshman punter last season.

I especially agree with OL/DL. That is huge in the college game! Same with QB/WR.

im doing this same thing i found a horrible punter with 4.38 speed though i remember on ncaa 11 fast punters use to pop up every other season on my dynasty on the recruiting list

So the punter I ended up getting wound up as a WR. It was either that or RB pretty much, but his catch is 60 vs 52 carry. He is 6' 3" 183 lbs, has 93 spd, 92 acc, and 88 agi. Also only has 40 awr, so his overall is 58. Going to redshirt him and hopefully he can progress some, but he could be an intriguing prospect.

EA actually kinda did put ATHs in the game but their position is listed as SS SS are actually really useful they can switch around all defensive positions give or take 5 points they can return kicks, good option QBs ok RBs and WRs

Since I'm not buying Madden, at least for now, I decided I'd finish out my season and start the next one. My punter turned WR was redshirted last year, so now was his time. First game I played against No. 10 VT. He is 6th on the WR depth chart, but he is my KR and PR. His first collegiate game went very, very well.

He started off the game with a 30 yard kick return. Later he had a 36 yard return. Finished the game with 5 returns for 127 yards. He managed 1 punt return for 8 yards, which is actually pretty good for me. Usually I'll only get a yard or two. To top it all off, he blocked an extra point! Sadly the kicker picked it up and scored the 2 pt conversion, but he did his job!

He only has 63 catch, so I can't really throw to him very often, so right now I just have him buried on the depth chart. Great recruit so far though!
