I remember Reggie McNeal.

I remember him playing WR for Cincinnati in the preseason a few years back.

Mobile QBs never get a fair shake in the league.

I would say they used to not get a fair shake but considering Cam Newton and Mike Vick and now RGIII Vince Young is an example he had his opportunity but wasted it. And by mobile I assume you mean run first or real close to being run first because honestly Steve Young was mobile Aaron Rodgers is actually really mobile, Tony Romo is mobile.
