This is why you don't see it. The game won't add extra guys if you already signed 25. This bug only happens to those that use scholarship limits or don't sign 25 for other reasons.

You missed what I said. I believe you and I have one thing in common. I think we both use a different website to play online dynasties on. Most, if not all of the dynasties on that site are all either recruit till specific number of players on team, usually 70, or they are seniors +1 or 3. When I was in those types of dynasties in NCAA 13, I did not see it. I did not see it in the other 2 dynasties I was in on a different website that had the same restrictions. I never said it was not there. I said I had not seen it this year. I also said it was in years past and I had seen it then as well.

Yes I have seen it. I played about 10 seasons on an online dynasty and we all had this happen every year. It is some kind of glitch. We had restrictions and we normally never signed all 25 but, we would get to the off season and the CPU would sign the rest for us. It was like the glitch made recruiting work like your team was a CPU team. The players they sign are all ones were are interested. There is no way around it. I'm not sure if its the same on offline dynasty.

They have actual walkons in the game which are completely different and are terrible as you'd expect from a walkon. You don't see many real life walkons that are monsters like some of these phantom recruits.

Who are the walkons then? I've never paid attention to the names that pop up that I didn't recruit versus the ones on my roster (other than just knowing they were a player I didn't recruit so I'd cut them) so I assumed they were one and the same.

In most cases, if they were walkons, you would not be able to cut them. The game only puts walkons on your team if you are in need of a position at end of position changes. It is done at either end of recruiting or end of position changes. Using the last time this happened with me the walkon had no star rating and his position rank said K#0.
