Re: Coach Skills in Dynasty

If done right, this could bring me back to the series. After they neglected to touch the coaching carousel last year I didn't feel 13 was worth the purchase. I won't say I'm getting it until we see the details but 2 years after its release it would be great if they got it right.

Totally agree OP. Would really add a new dimension to dynasty and add some unpredictability to the mode

Re: Coach Skills in Dynasty

So fill me in. what exactly would Coach Skills mean? how do yall think it will be implemented?

Im really looking forward to Dynasty mode going back to NCAAF 2006 days.

-Spring Game and Drills
-Scouting reports on the upcoming game
-Pre and post game show (quick college gameday clips)
-Realistic hiring and firing in coaching carousel
-Realistic contracts in CC

I just want a fresh feeling each week or at least each year of the dynasty. even 10 years down the road. I honestly cant play a dynasty after 4 seasons. It just gets too repetitive and unrealistic.

im already sold on '14 because at least they attempted new gameplay (didnt buy '13) but dynasty is a biggie. We need something huge.

Same, seems like so far away to find info; I usually do every other year, but I need to be impressed if I want this years or skip 2 in a row until next gen

Re: Coach Skills in Dynasty

id like it to matter, not only hc/oc/dc but position coaches like hc06.

i have a feeling we are looking at a ccm clone, scheme fit, exps, player progression. as a cycnic i think ncaa14 will lose player edit, custom playbooks, formation subs etc

so it will be madden in college stadiums.

and yes i always look at the worst case

Re: Coach Skills in Dynasty

I can't wait to see the playbook for coaching skills. Hopefully this isn't a watered down version. I would love to have the ability to hire scouts, position coaches and improve facilities. Probably a pipe dream, but one can hope!
