Hardest State to Recruit Out of?

I would have to say Alaska......I mean who would want to play at a college where depending on where it is has 6 months of total darkness and 6 months of total sunlight? and I don't believe Hawaii would be a bad state to recruit out of, although you would have to do a lot of travelling to the mainland to play games

I haven't tried Alaska or the northeast, but I did a 20+ year teambuilder dynasty in Wyoming and out of all those years I only saw one 4 star and the state usually had about 4-7 recruits per year. However it is pretty easy to get into California and Colorado after a few years.

I guess not. Upon further research, pipelines are dependent on the roster template you choose. As to which generic template is associated with what team is not clear.

The main Alaskan colleges are in Anchorage and Fairbanks. They don't have football but their hockey teams are usually pretty good.

Nah. I don't even visit Utopia anymore. It's completely changed from what it used to be around 5 years ago. Still awesome people there though.

Yeah man, it was awesome in 08 when I first signed up. Then it went downhill after about 2011 or so.

I was going to say pick the state of Kansas. We are the smallest state in the United States to have 2 BCS schools. Plus, we don't have a whole lot of recruits per year. Now try dividing those up between KU and Kstate and you've got your hands full. It's amazing how Coach Snyder does what he does every year.
