Agreed. My wife was against anything refurbished at first, she’s like “that’s used.” Once I explained it’s not used, but it was defective and repaired by the manufacturer to be resold, she was on board. This el gato supposedly will come in original packaging.

I’ve had good luck with refurbished TV’s and a lot of other electronics. The only thing I’ve seen poorly done refurbished was laptops, so those I buy new.

Nope Even the two I bought years ago are gone now. Maybe they were the free ones, but either way none of them are obtainable now

Re: The Photographic Side of NCAA Football 14

For those of you with El Gato capture cards: Do you find it best to record the whole game then go back and take snapshots, or take snapshots as you go for pictures?

I find it kind of difficult to get the screenshots as I go, but in part that's because the video playback on my computer is way off. For example, I took a screenshot as the mascot was cheering in my test game. On the software, the mascot was cheering, but when I opened the screenshot it was almost a blimp view of the stadium that was several seconds AFTER the cheering mascot. Any suggestions on having the software run a little better?

Re: The Photographic Side of NCAA Football 14

On a punt return, my guy got a good shove on the defender. He then threw his hands up in the air, the standard "I didn't hit him, not a clip, just ran into him on accident" type excuse players always do when they make a questionable block. I've never seen a player actually do this in game, and legit watched the penalty happen. I loved it.

Yes, flagged. 15 yarder lol.

Re: The Photographic Side of NCAA Football 14

Hey guys I posted this in another thread and haven’t gotten a response. I downloaded a roster and noticed these 2 helmets that are revo speed but have different facemasks. Not sure how many players have this on the dl’d roster. Was curious how this happened or how I could make it happen. New poster, bought a 360 a month ago, after selling mine years back. I have a ps4 but missed playing college football haha. Love reading all the helpful threads!

Looks like a glitch, sometimes it mismatches masks. Not sure of any way to recreate.

I suppose if the roster was made with the editor, they can maybe pick and choose to match any mask and helmet. I’m not familiar enough with the editor to know

Re: The Photographic Side of NCAA Football 14

Couple of sneak peeks from my game against Fresno State, I haven't put the recap in my dynasty yet but will later today.

Victor E. Bulldog flexes and taunts my team after a Fresno State touchdown

CB Mike Crawford gets burned, and then gets a fist full of facemask for a 15 yard penalty

I hate TCU, and lost this game, but love the picture. Not only is he showing off the glove design, but you get a good look at the bumper on the helmet, the texturing of the jersey font, and the reflection of the stadium in the "purple chrome" helmet. Great detail.
