LOL!!!! I am just askin. thats not bein mean? Bein mean would me ask why the you know what do I have to wait over a hour and a half to ask any type of question about a game.

I talked to an EA rep and he said that they aren't aloud to guarantee a date and he alluded to the fact that they had so many glitches making themselves known that it will take a long time to fix them all. smh

That's completely unacceptable. Unreal. There are not many customer service departments in the country where that is acceptable.
