I see the CPU run block punt a decent amount. I'm always in max cover too, but have never seen a block.

I've blocked around 5 FGs in I don't know how many seasons of '14. In every occurrence, I was controlling the MLB. About every half second, you flick the stick downward, slightly bumping into your DT, and every great once in a while, it will time out right and you'll get this slight boost into the backfield and have a shot to block it. Not jumping too soon is also key. And, by jumping, I mean jumping up to block it, not jumping the snap.

I tested it some more in practice. If they’re backed up in their own end zone and you run punt max return or whatever it’s called, you can block the punt 5-10% of the time.

If you move the punter out anywhere else in the field, they have too much room and it’s next to impossible to block anything. In practice I was only ever able to block punts at the goal line.
