the table looks to be hardcoded to 30 rows; the way the save file is laid out i dont think you can expand it beyond its max

with 30 rows you should be able to swap uniforms around. the editor could be changed to just copy in rows from a file, so one day you could use say a Miami Nights uniform, another day you could use the Baylor mustard yellow uniforms

there must be a way to use built in logos in the game, what values appear in teambuilder when using known logos?

That would be great. As of now it appears when using Teambuilder uni's this way you lose the logos. But like you I'm thinking there has to be a way to use built in logos.
