Is there anyway to use the crimson hawk IUP logo without the IUP on it?

Or...is there anyone out there that could design a "cool" hawk logo?

Does it have to be red & black? Made this thing awhile ago for one of my teams... didn't save the larger version so recoloring it sorta looks crappy.

I am looking for hawk designs in colors such as gray, black, white, crimson.
