Editing Team from "Teambuilder" on NCAA 10.

I was wondering Once you have created your school/team on Teambuilder how do you download it to you console? Also once you have downloaded it to your console will you be able to make any further alterations to the team or players on the team for example:

Attributes: speed, etc.
appearence: Gloves, wristbands etc.
Uniforms

When you get the game there will be an option on the main screen that says Teambuilder, from there I'm sure it'll walk you through the process of downloading teams. As far as further editing, from what I've read, you'll be limited to only what can be edited within dynasty mode.
