the logos will all be 256... If bigger it will downsize it to 256. If smaller it will leave it that size. Truely the logo will appear to be bigger if it takes up more space in that 256 box....

Atleast this is what I have noticed....

I don't know, Left is 256 right is 300. Maybe it's just the logo, because I tried again with a different logo and it didn't change.

Well, based on actually downloading a couple of my teams now... you don't want to fill the whole 256 anyway. Logos on the helmets are way too big if you take up the full square. I'm going through my teams now to shrink most of my logos.
