I wanted to start a school in DIv 1-AA and then was wondering if and when your school becomes good are you invited to join Div 1-A??? Anyone know the answer??

I don't believe in NCAA 10 there is an FCS. Only FBS. But you can start out in a lowly conference such as Sun Belt via custom conferences and TeamBuilder and get invited to a bigger conference such as the SEC.
