you can try to contact them and let them know the situation and they might help.

Doubt EA will help; at best they'll give you a coupon code good toward another EA title.

But then again, NCAA10 is super old now, they might not care; give it a shot.

Can't you just bring the hard drive from your old 360 onto the new one? That's where all the info is. Also, if you sign in with your same gamertag and EA account won't it download all of your stuff?

It got stepped on and no longer works. I thought my gamertag would have worked but it didn't. I doubt EA will help me.
