Ok so if i download uniforms or whatever for my teams. Am i able to use them in my dynastys or online? Im not sure exactly how it all works

YES ,YOU CAN use them in dynasty.

You can also use them in online dynasties where 12 people bring in their own teams to a commissioner who loads them from his end , if i'm not mistaken.

I dont think they can be used in -play now- online games
