Team grades

I have never messed with teambuilder until this year. I'm going with very realistic grades for the FCS and defunct schools I'm putting in and the defunct schools are flat out bad, lots of D's and D+'s. I was wondering, are the grades dynamic? If I take Pacific and win a national title, will I still remain a D+ in championship contender? Or do the grades change year to year. If not, that is kinda disappointing having to beat the odds in recruiting and what not because I have nothing... but that's what killing your football program does.

most of them do. last year there were a few that either didn't change or were very very hard to change I think it was campus lifestyle, academic prestige, and coach prestige

Awesome. Yea, I'd expect the first two to remain constant. Winning football games might not due much for your campus or classroom... it could, but it's not a guarantee. Coach prestige also, unless you won some titles. I was more concerned with things like tradition, tv exposure and what not. Be graded a D+, but you are on TV 4 times a year because you are top 10.
