Teambuilder School Dynamics

Can anyone answer the following question?

If I'm using a teambuilder team in an online dynasty what aspects of the team are dynamic (i.e. academic prestige, athletic fascilities, etc)? Meaning which ones can change year over year?

AFAIK, the only dynamic ratings are those mostly associated with the coach, i.e. Coach Prestige, Experience, perhaps Championship contender. I imagine now Conference Prestige is also dynamic if you change the school's conference, but I am not 100% sure on that.

Things like academic prestige and athletic facilities, I believe, never change. Not ideal, I know.

Ah that's sad in the old versions of the game I know at least in offline mode they could change from year to year.
