D2 / D3 / NAIA Teambuilder Schools NCAA 12

The Teambuilder Bible: http://bit.ly/rha9Ip
This extemely valuable document offers tons of information when trying to edit specifics regarding team characteristics such as:

Roster/Team Data: Overall, Offensive, and Defensive ratings, this is helpful when trying to find the right base roster to use and edit.

Play styles: See which FBS teams to use as your teams' offensive playstyle like the Spread, Pro Style, One Back, Multiple, Pistol, Option, etc

Clothing Brands: This will help you pick a roster of a team that has the brand of clothing(Nike, Adidas, UA, ect) you need to replicate what your FCS team wears in real life. This is really pays off during Intro Run outs, and Photo Mode.

All Team Formations: Each team playbook formations so you can see what formations they have that resembles your FCS team's playstyle.

Posting Template(Optional): Also a helpful posting template to use when you have completed a team and are ready for others to review and download it. When you are ready to create a new post, just copy and paste the posting template in the blank field and enter your information in the correct areas.
PLEASE REMEMBER: All links must be posted in Bit.ly format to cut down on clutter.

Stadium Guide(Optional): Created by TDavis45 which can help you decide on what Stadium is best for your team with minimal to no signage:
http://bit.ly/nyEjvU

RATING SCALE
(Discuss potential changes in this thread)

All Americans: 68-74
Top (Impact) Players: 66-71 (Probably only a few players on each team)
FBS Transfers: 70-74
FCS Transfers:66-70
Starters: 60-67
2nd String: 56-60(Guys that are in the rotation)
Bench:50-55 (Non-factors, special teamers, and guys that only play a few plays a game.)
Fresh: MAX at 52

D3/NAIA SCHOOLS SUBTRACT 3 POINTS

If these guidelines are not followed your team will not be posted.

Recruiting Pitches

Program Prestige: ALL Schools should be 1 star with the exception of maybe a few teams at 2 stars such as Minnesota Duluth, Northwest Missouri State, Delta State, Valdosta State, Grand Valley, and North Alabama.

Academic Prestige: This could vary a lot, so thats upto you!

Campus Lifestyle: Another one thats upto you. Party School. Christian School. Whatever it is... Probably capped at C+
Coach Experience: Give a bonus of one grade if the Coach has experience as an FBS Head Coach/NFL coaching experience; or a full letter grade for exp as an NFL HC,
No exp: D
Less than 2 years exp: D+
3 years: C
5 years: C+
7 years: B
10 years exp: B+

Coach Prestige: If the coach has been part of a successful team, as a player or coach they should be highly ranked. Also if they had respectable careers as players adjust accordingly.

Championship Contender: The teams that had a 2 star Program Prestige should also have a C rating here.. Everyone else at a lower grade with most falling at a D.

Athletic Facilities: Should be no higher than C with 95% of schools falling in the D/D+ range.

Pro Potential: This will factor in current NFL players, past NFL players, and the level of their success. (Non-NFL players may have a small impact: UFL, AFL, AFL2, CFL, etc.) Cap at C.

Program Stability: Capped at B and that should only be given to schools with a streak of winning seasons longer than 5 years. Programs with head coaching changes should see a penalty.

Program Tradition: Capped at B, and should be given to schools with a repuation of winning, putting out quality players, have a name that college football fans know. (B Teams will include the same as 2 Star Program Prestige teams.)

Fan Base: Almost all teams will be at D rating.. capped at C+.

TEAM DIRECTORY (OS USER | GT or PSN Name) - Once you claim a team, please finish it and post on here when you do finish it. If you claim a team and do not complete it I will be sure that that dogs of hell will come get you. But seriously...dont claim a team if you arent going to finish them.

This is the start of my D2 teams! Would be a lot of fun to put a lot of these teams together and really start with a low rated school in dynasty.

TOP Players
MLB Terrence Garrett (70)
RT Roy Richard (69)
CB AJ Williams (69)

Check them out and enjoy! I appreciate any corrections/help!
