Help Releasing Players

I really screwed up early on FA signings and I have 6 QB's. How do I release a few? Do I have to schedule a particular task? If so, what? Probably my biggest gripe with this game is the clumsy roster layout and management of the rosters. They didn't have to make it this clumsy. Oh! Stats suck to. I'm hoping for a mod of these two things and I'm in true heaven. As for now, I'm just at the pearly gates. Thanks for any help...

Schedule a "Sign Players" task then go to the "Salary Cap" option in the rosters menu. There you'll be able to cut players.

Alright, I'll give it a try. Pretty sad when Carr is my best out of the 6 (LOL).

Also, if that wasn't clear enough, go to the player you want to cut and hit "A" (XBOX) or "X" (PS2; Don't know what CPU version is) and it will ask if you want to contact their agent. Say "Yes" and go to the option where it says you want to cut him. The agent will remind you of a cap penalty and you can say you don't care about the penalty and still wish to sut him...
