**NFL Head Coach 09 Developer Q&A Thread**

With regards to the programmed 1st round busts/late round gems, is the current class of rookies (Long/Ryan/Dorsey etc) programmed the same way? Is there a change that Gholston will be a bust or that Dennis Dixon will be a stud (as examples -- no specific interest in these players)?

Yes. We hand set potentials at every attribute for every single rookie including the '08 class.

Off topic I know, but that's good to hear Josh...got my holidays coming up very soon, only 7 more working days left and then we're off cruising the Mediterranean for two weeks...so I'll be missing a little from the forums from 28/6 - the ship has internet access so I'll be dropping by when I can to see what updates there are...

Trouble is it will be all over too quick and then I'll be back to work..a typical glass half empty view there! lol..but on the other hand it will I suppose be two more weeks closer to HC09, Madden and NCAA!!

So even though potential is set, it is still up to the coaching (skills, playing time given to players, etc) to allow a player to reach his full potential? As in the Gholston example, since I am a Jets fan, I could botch his development and he would never do what he really could.

Off the wall sort of question but with the interaction of the game and the NFL Network I was wondering if HC09 was going to have any spots on any of the NFL network shows? Granted it will cost but it might be a good way to promote the game. We get the NFL Network Total Access programme daily over here in the UK and as Adam Schefter is heavily involved in that programme it might be an idea to showcase the game on there - the real life version and the CGI version of the Schefter brothers?

Just a thought.

Josh or Chris. I know online play is not "in game". But what about head to head if your opponent is on the same machine as you?
