Even though the online presentation of NFL Head Coach 09 is fairly simple, it might still be fun to play in an online league.

Of course, someone would have to keep track of the schedule and records, but if enough people are interested, we could figure out the specifics.

If we're really ambitious, we could have all 32 teams and replicate the official NFL schedule for 2008. (I would want to coach the Dolphins.)

What do you think? Is anyone interested in participating in an online league for HC 09? More importantly, is anyone interested in organizing it? Just curious to gauge the interest level.

I'd definitely be interested in playing or should i say coaching in a league, but i wouldn't have time to organize it.

I'm game and I could probably assist in organizing it, but I couldn't be the main-man for the job. We might not be able to get a true guage of interest for something like this until a week or so after release...

The theoretical league is pretty much wide open right now. People might as well reserve their team if they're interested.

Getting enough people to play probably won't be an issue. The bigger trick will be getting a volunteer to oversee the league. Someone out there might want to put together a website, or we could just handle it through email. Any ideas?

It's still early. As DLaren said, it might take a few weeks after the official release to really figure out how much interest there is in something like this.

Pencil me in for the boys!! Also why can't we use this forum until something else pops up. It seems way more realible than email IMO.

but i am ps3 owner and you didnt specify for what version cause i dont think a xbox person can play a ps3 .
