Question about position changes

Does the CPU do any position changes, for instance say a team like the Jets who run a 3-4 needs a DE to replace Shaun Ellis, now the 3-4 DE's are the size of 4-3 DTs, and most of the time, teams in real life will draft a 4-3 DT to move him to DE (ie, Richard Seymour) . Does the CPU do this, and if not, are their 3-4 sized DEs in the draft to fill this need?

It's one thing to have teams start out alright, but end up breaking apart because they keep drafting the wrong kind of players.

Re: Question about position changes

Unofficially speaking, teams draft and fill needs based on that specific teams "roadmap". Yea that's what it is called. So I'm sure they will be getting players that fit they're schemes. It may not show that DE there if the player is a DT but he should play there anyway. Hope that clarifies it for you.
