Staley's been pretty much exclusively at LT all training camp. Sims was mainly signed for depth, and while he's primarily backup at RT he can backup at both spots. The depth chart up at the Niners' website is mostly accurate though a week old, there's still the confusion at QB and the backup WR spots.

Another question Josh - once the final team rosters are announced for the regular season, I'm assuming you guys will have another roster update prepared. How will you handle the players who don't make the roster or practice squads? Will they get any ratings adjustments, or simply just get moved further down the depth charts?

Hi Josh! Thanks for listening to us and posting...great to have you here!

On the Seahawks...most specifically, I'm sad to say DT Marcus Tubbs has been cut; he didn't pass his physical...that darn knee just doesn't want to work. I haven't got the roster update yet, but since you listed him with a rating change, I figure you left him in.

"The Seahawks waived defensive lineman Marcus Tubbs today, effectively ending his career as a Seahawk.
Mike Holmgren said the former first-round pick kept having setbacks in his rehabilitation from knee surgery and that they decided he just wasn't going to be able to make it, thus making him a free agent. He worked out against the sled in the past few days, his knee swelled up and the team decided to let him go after he failed his physical. Though Holmgren said there is a chance he comes back if he gets healthy, that does not seem like a likely scenario."
