Texans Win Wildcard Game.

Texans pull off their first "Wildcard" win over the Bengals. I didn't see any "comeback" AI logic. The running backs on both teams ran well. QB: C. Palmer was held to 40% completion and with 2 ints to go with it.

Bengals: 10 - Texans: 27

Team: Texans
Offensive Playbook: Rams
Defense Playbook: Dallas

TEXANS PASSING:
QB: M. Schaub: (14 of 18 for 221yds / 1TD / 1 Int / 77%)

BENGALS PASSING:
QB: C. Palmer: (13 of 32 for 241yds / 0TD / 2 Int / 40%)

TEXANS RUSHING:
HB: R. Rice: (22 carries for 79yds / 0TD / 3.5)
HB: S. Gado: (15 carries for 93yds / 0TD / 6.2)

BENGALS RUSHING:
HB: R. Johnson: (20 carries for 76yds / 1TD / 3.8)

I have been following your franchise and was wondering why you switched form all default and 55 int to all zero and 95 FG Power. seems you were getting accurate results from all default settings

The reason why i switch back to "0" is because a lot of people were saying their 3rd string QB was throwing for 70% completion in the passing game. I also was testing this out in one of my 2 games. I took a QB: FA rated 58, and stuck him in a couple of games with default sliders. He was throwing for 280 to 320 yards with a very high completion %, and he didn't even know the playbook yet.

I've been finding the "0" sliders for me work well as you can see from my season stats i posted before. As for the FG, at default and on "0" my kicker would always fall short, but at 95/95 he can have the distance.

This is what i do when playing these football games. Try to get a realistic game play. It's hard because you want to make sure a good QB is good most of the time, and at the same time a bad QB is bad. I don't want sliders that allow a good QB and a Bad QB all be good. Then you might as well have your 3rd string QB be your starter.

Do the test yourself, take a low rated QB and play him, and use the default sliders. Let me know what his stats are. I suggest to play atleast 2 games in career mode.

I run default, and my backups are HORRIBLE. They throw 3-4 picks a game 20-30% comp rate and maybe 100 ypg.

That's great than. Default sliders are for you. I'm going to stick with "0" unless the patch effects them and i have to find new ones.

Re: Texans Win Wildcard Game.

Texans get knocked out of the playoffs by the Patriots. I was surprised that the back-up RB for the patriots got some carries.

Texans: 10 - Patriots: 17

Team: Texans
Offensive Playbook: Rams
Defense Playbook: Dallas

TEXANS PASSING:
QB: M. Schaub: (17 of 30 for 275yds / 1TD / 1 Int / 56%)

PATRIOTS PASSING:
QB: T. Brady: (24 of 35 for 314yds / 1TD / 0 Int / 68%)

TEXANS RUSHING:
HB: R. Rice: (16 carries for 49yds / 0TD / 3.0)
HB: S. Gado: (10 carries for 15yds / 0TD / 1.5)

PATRIOTS RUSHING:
HB: L. Maroney: (12 carries for 50yds / 0TD / 4.1)
HB: R. Mendenhall: (4 carries for 11yds / 0TD / 2.7)
HB: K. Faulk: (2 carries for 7yds / 0TD / 3.5)
