If you get fired at the end of the season....say 2008, does the game continue and take a job in 2009, or do you start over in 2008?

I am a couple of games from finishing my first season, but my understanding is that you move on in your career. This would mean you move on to 2009 and begin year 2 elsewhere.

I read one of the Devs say that you get one 'gimme' meaning the first time you are fired there will be at least one offer from a team you can coach, after that, it will depend on the landscape of the league whether or not you can find another job, at which point you may be forced to retire.

If a team is in need of a head coach you get hired. If no teams needs a head coach, games over.

Couple of questions...

• Where do people see what package the cpu offensive team is in? Been looking for this even though I let LeBeau call the plays occasionally like to call one myself.
• Anyway to choose players for kick-off coverage? Kind of annoying to sometimes see Roethlisberger covering kicks.
