With draft has the best WR in year 1 or 2?

Apparently the Jack English draft has one with 97 potential that you can get in the last couple rounds. His name is Jamarious Bellows or something like that.

Yes in the English draft you can set your WR's 4 deep with 95+ potential speed WR's all picked in the later rounds.

In the following year there is Flash Gorden and Jamelle Lucas both 6'5 WR's that are awesome.
