Can you explain the special skills and how they affect player ratings, like the speed and power and accuracy special skills.

Are they a one time deal, so if I get a new coach with those special skills will it help my guys?

No, they are a constant boost for every game. If the coach leaves your team, the boost goes away.

Do you know what determines if a runner or QB tucks the ball when he runs or holds it in one hand?

I thought this was just a QB thing but I had one of the WR's on the Future 50 run not tucking the ball.

Also what do I need to do to make my QB gain progression points in speed, agility, and acceleration. I don't think it works as my QB has had over 1,000 yards in his first 3 seasons and he has not yet hit his max potentials and he has zero progression points.

Thanks, almost 3 months and I still love this game.

Each player has a running 'style' assigned to him when he is created.

That's a good question. Let me take a look if I can find it.

Re: Hey Josh while you are here

I've built a Wildcat formation with two running backs instead of a QB and RB. The problem I'm having is that I can't get the QB/RB to pitch to the other RB. When I run the same option play with a real QB he will pitch the ball a lot of the time.

Will a RB never pitch?
