Scout Staff?

Is there a way to scope out potential new staff members before signing them? I'd like to see their makeup before handing a chunk of the team over but I can't seem to find it!

the only thing i can suggest is to save before the staff hire period and then hire each guy down the line and check out his info. if you dont like the guy reload and go check out the next guy.

i have always thought of reloading as cheating, but i think this is an exception since there is no way to get this critical info ahead of time.

I think if you look at staff or coach status you can look at all the info on them just like with players.

but that doesnt help with new coaches coming from college and whatnot. plus, i dont know of any way to go in and look at other teams' coaching staffs. if there is a way to do this, please let me know.
