I think this was a bad move, seems rash and I doubt they upgrade when they get a new coach.

Man o man. The Glazers gave up 2 firsts, 2 seconds and 8 million in cash to get this Gruden as their coach, and will have to eat 25 million to get rid of him and the GM. There is a money tree in the Glazer's backyard.

Funny, I am seething right now because I got slighted an order of mac and cheese from my KFC drive-thru order.
