In the pre-season so rosters are as accurate as possible to start since I try to update them every couple of days. They don't stay that way for long, but some like Cutler tend to keep resigning and stay with a team for the franchise duration.

preseason, because in the offseason the player ratings for the most part are completley out of whack imo
