Sander's Army Run

Has anyone used it? What is it exactly (like what kinds of runs)? Has anyone played against it (was anything particularly effective)? What philosophies are supposed to work with it?

Re: Sander's Army Run

I use it. It's a lot of split pro/far/near formations. I love it for my power run O. I just set all my OLine to run block specialist, my RB to powerful, my FB to blocking, My TE to playmaker, and WR's to blocking.

Notes: You'll have to DL or create some PA passing plays, they work real well w/ this playbook as you obviously do a lot of running, but there aren't many pass plays at all. I say get a playmaking or soft hands TE, b/c he'll be the recipent of most of your PA passes. I only go after WR's above 6'2 b/c they're bigger which means they should be able to block better. I set QB to field general b/c they don't really need to do much.

Good to know, I'll have to try it.
