all these guy had great 2008-2009 season IRL but every time i make a career mode it seems like these players below get released by year 2 im wondering have you made any of them into pro bowlers?

Chris johnson
Deangelo Williams
Derrick Ward
Steve Slaton

I've made Chris Johnson a Pro Bowler, but I've yet to get him to produce the stats that he did in real life. As far as the others, I've never used them, but in my last career I believe Steve Slaton almost made the Pro Bowl

In this game it is all about the systems, I have seen Hammermil take Chris Johnson and turn him into a pro bowl player before... I have had players that normaly aren't very good excel in certain systems... It is all about the playbooks and coaches around those players...

The reason Williams probably gets cut is his Learning (39). The biggest reason I have kept him is the cap hit...but this is the last year of his contract so he is gone.

Yeah, Williams does have a very low learning and Slaton and Johnson are very much injury prone in this game... I don't know much about Ward though I have had guys rated around his skill set do good in the broncos and steelers playbooks... (Mike Bell and Najeh Davenport) are two of the guys I have had some sucess with, but I have noticed with many backs in certain playbooks can and will play way above their potentials...

Yeah I have seen Joey Harrington have insane passing seasons and reach 40,000 yards for his career in this game.
If the coach / playbook are good any decent play can be a probowl player.
