Approval Rating Question

I am in the first year as head coach of the Lions trying to rebuild them. What should my approval rating be above at the end of the year so that I dont get fired?

Re: Approval Rating Question

As you progress through the pre-season, a goal may appear to have a certain approval by the end of the year.

Re: Approval Rating Question

And, you don't necessarily have to have an approval rating to stay on the job. BUT, you have to complete some goals. AND you have to win some games.

Re: Approval Rating Question

I don't think it's approval rating as much as what your owner thinks of the job you've done. If you're on the Hot Seat with your owner; there's a good chance you'll be fired. Owner approval above that point means you'll be kept on.
