Yeah, anyone who played head coach knew kenny phillips and calais cambell, ray rice, even harry douglas were gonna be GREAT.

However, I resent the craig steltz one! I KNOW who he is, he plays for my bears, and yes, I do usually draft him in the 08 draft!

At the same time... a lot of people who played head coach have probably thought Joe Flacco and Jeff Otah were busts. Whoops.
