Re: Are NO sliders better than ANY sliders, at all??? (really worked in Madden10)
Slider adjustments are better than no sliders(everything at 0) or default sliders(everything at 50). Putting everything at 0 will just limit how well anyone on the field can play, for both teams, not make anything more realistic.
You lower the sliders to bring down some parts of the game to reality(Ie the pass game), you raise sliders to bring those parts up to par with reality(Ie running game). But putting the sliders all at 0 for both sides will just make both teams play pretty crappy except for maybe the best players at every position and under the best weather conditions(no wind or rain/snow). Putting all sliders at 100 will make everyone play better than they should at everything, even in the rain/snow and wind.
As was said by picker, it doesnt make it so you dont throw interceptions or your line doesnt block at 0, it just limits the ability to perform said tasks when lower than 50 and raises the ability to do something above 50. Try out adambroskis or byrons to see the difference between 0 sliders, 50 sliders, and adjusted sliders.
