I've only played like 5 minutes online total in any COD game, so I'm not to familiar with how everything works. I was in a party when I tried to play last night and it said we had to exit it in order to play team deathmatch. Does it make you exit parties for all of the online modes? I'm not a big team deathmatch guy anyway, I prefer stuff with objectives.

evidently some modes now restrict parties so as to not have cheating.

THis game is amazing. Playing multiplayer is going to own me just like the first one did. LOVE IT!

Team Death Match you can be a team with friends
Mercenary Death Match you can't

I hopefully will be getting this for Christmas. Going out and getting MW1 today for the Wii, but I will be jumping online ASAP when I get MW2. Never been online with a CoD game on the 360, so it should be fun!
