The beauty of the first game was that you didn't start out very powerful imo. I loved the process of getting stronger as the game went on and actually felt the game lost some of its charm when I was too strong at the end of the game. I much prefer the feeling of a vulnerable super hero like Spiderman than someone like Superman who is almost invincible.

Having all of these powers available could be fun but you have to have enemies just as powerful or at least force you to use some strategy to succeed. I just don't have a good feeling about this game right now. It looks more like a Star Wars Force Unleashed game where you just run around, mash on your power buttons and kick ***. Others may like it but I'm unsure if I will at the moment.

I didn't feel that powerful, but I was playing on hard and I held off on unloading with my heavier powers because of the splash damage since I was doing a hero run. Damn my need to protect the civilians.

Looks awesome to me. It wouldn't make sense to have him start out with nothing again, and several articles have already stated that the enemies would be harder to compensate.

Can't wait!
