Next Gears of War 2 XP Event

For any of you still doing Gears of War 2, there is going to be a Gears of War 2 XP event at the end of the month for Comic Con. The amount of XP is dependent on the number of people that follow this guy on twitter divided by 500.

Right now he has 4700 followers, which means it will be at least a 9 xp event.

Already at 5300, going to be 10xp at least. I guess it will all depend on when he cuts it off. If they get cliff's followers, thats like 25,000, which be 50 xp

I doubt they'd go 50 xp, you could get to 100 easily.

wolt we should party up for some Gears 2 action whenever this XP event starts. For all the rounds of MW2 we've played, I'm surprised we've never played Gears together.

For sure. Anyone that wants to team up, we will definitely be dabbling. As an update, hes basically at 9500 followers, which is 19 xp....

Doing at a little math there is a permanent 2x XP on, which gives you 500 points on Insane. So 500 * 19/2 = 4750 PER WAVE.

The sad thing is that I am at level 50 and to get to 100 I need 6.2 Million XP, which means I need to play 1,370 rounds of Horde on insane to get there....sigh

Hit me up! I still love the living hell out of this game and play it pretty often. Oddly enough, I've had this game since release date and am only at Level 56; I'm not great but I am not bad either. I rack up less xp points mainly due to the fact I just care about wins and team success, so I'll do grunt work so long as we get the W; not everybody needs to be Michael Jordan, sometimes it's good to just be Scottie or even Kukoc.
