I'm getting into PvP, I have games where I'll do really well and then I'll get smoked sometimes not sure why.

If you have Bad JuJu, use it with your obsidian mind, it's almost unlimited nova bombs once you get the perks unlocked

Okay cool.

And yeah for certain maps I do, you need to have all the perks maxed for it to be good with obsidian mind. It's good on the more open maps.

For the smaller ones like anomaly I still like TLW/Hawkmoon and shotgun combo

If you have it go for the Skull of dire ahamkara over Obsidian in pvp. Youll get more grenade kills in pvp than hoping a group stays bunched with OM perk. Also, I think there's a way to set it up where your melee refills your grenade which refills your nova bomb or something to that effect. I saw the breakdown on reddit a while back when xur had the skull for sale. Of course running with Bad juju refills refills nova bomb too.

I love the MIDA but it doesnt punch at all in PVP so far. Maybe when I level it up more, but I'm playing crucible. Such a bummer coming from the Red Death.

I think it kills in PvP, 4 shots and they are down. Considering how fast it fires, that's a pretty quick ttk

MIDA is definitely good, but it will lose every time against Red Death (assuming both players are equal)
