Picked this up for my One S on Friday. Still a bit bullet spongey like I remember from before but still a fun game. Just have to stay covered and pick your spots.

It has to be bullet spongy to encourage people to work in their builds and play in a group. Once you perfect your build the only thing spongy is bosses for the most part.

I watched a vid on YouTube explaining that on yesterday actually. Made perfect sense and that helped with wrapping my mind around why the game is the way it is.

It’s tough your first play through to make sure your gear is top notch all the time at your current level. I played through on a second character recently and since the money you earn is shared it was much easier. I could just buy top notch gear every few levels and the game was much easier.

But that’s one thing though. I shouldn’t have to play a game twice to experience the way it should be. Ya know? I only intend to play this one once.

The first play through is the way it should be. Second play through is really simple because of the reasons I mentioned. Most people only do a second play through to get another character to end game so it’s meant to be quicker. Division isn’t really a game where you just play the story once and stop. The game actually really only starts once you get to end game. Similar to destiny and borderlands.
