My GF keeps dropping hints that I'm getting a PS4 for my birthday (August) so I will be all over this.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say that you get bonus points for not killing the enemy but subduing them and handcuffing them. I'm actually looking forward to the single player, there are a lot of real world scenarios that can be drawn from this.

Hell, South America is a breeding ground for this kind of campaign.

This doesn't sound like my cup of tea. I don't know what I'll play now...

The thing that really makes me not like it is that it's not being made by DICE. Battlefield will never be the same.

Highly doubt that this game will "ruin" anything, even if it is a flop

Anyway, EA launched the website here http://www.battlefield.com/battlefield-4/Hardline and an official unveiling will be on June 9

Really? I'm kind of happy someone else is making the game considering how many flaws bf4 has.

Yeah, DICE will definitely be back for another BF installment so let's not go sticking forks in anything yet. It's just a chance for another developer to put their spin on things and it actually sounds like a lot of fun so far. I can't wait for more details
