Yeah. Looking forward to playing as Red Hood. Seems like he has a strong hand to hand combat and shooting criminals with non-lethal bullets should be fun lol.

I agree it is hard to buy that it doesn't follow Arkham universe. You could flip it with Suicide Squad and it would make more sense.

I don't read much comics. But with the court of owls involved I guess Batman is trapped in the Labyrinth.

As much as I wish I did, I don't read comics at all. I randomly Google comic stuff when I want to learn more about characters story/stories. I'm probably what someone would consider a poser comic fan.

Highly recommend reading Scott Snyder's new 52 run of Batman. From the court of owls to his battle with the Joker, it's easily one of the best runs in Batman folklore. I was like you about 6 years ago but then bought that series run and now have a massive collection of graphic novels and comic books. Some of the storylines in the DC universe are incredibly written and well worth the read.

Re: Gotham Knights

If you have the fortitude the Batman Inc storyline is really good as well.

Also highly recommend the Loeb and Sale stuff. Some of my favorites.

That was good read. I like what they are doing. It sort of feels like a soft reboot and this is WB Montreals take. The Arkhamverse is Rocksteadys baby, let them branch out that world into the larger DC universe. Kind of like how most of us figured the Arkham Knight early on I think most know that Batman isnt really dead. WBs games can be centered on Batman and the Bat Family which'll ensure we get the Arkham gameplay we like while Rocksteady is busy expanding the universe. It's a win win
