It's hard to tell, but this smudge is the ball. It's clearly out of his hands at 00.1.



It's at 2:40 in the video.

The weird thing about that pic is the game clock above the backboard shows 00.0, but the tv game clock has 00.1, wouldn't the on court clock be the decider?

Yes, the Backboard clock is the decider, not the TV clock.

I found one site, but they were charging anywhere from $30-$80 for them, which is absolutely ridiculous.
