The whole video needs to be released, but from the short part they did show it doesn't look good for the cop beating a woman down on the side of a highway. He was dropping hammer fists.

I can see both sides. She was resisting and he didn't have any help. He also stopped when she stopped fight back. Now the officer could have avoided the situation and probably didn't need to punch her. Sure he may not have been able to cuff her, but he could have held her down.

That lady was a great grandmother......How much resistance can somebody that old put up against a guy that probably outweighs her by a good 100 pounds ? Once the lady was down, all he had to do was hold her down until back up came, not repeatedly punch a great grandmother that was already on the ground.
