Re: What is it with robbing banks?

I decided long ago that if I lived to be 80, then I plan on robbin' a bank;
If I get away with it & it's a big haul, then I can live the last few years of my
life on easy street.

If I get caught, then
A) it won't really matter 'cause the odds are the end of my days are probably near,

&

B) maybe the authorities will take mercy on an old man & let me off.
Either way, win-win-win. lol

You're selfish enough to let your children and your children's children live with the label as relative to a thief?

Obviously these things happen kind of often as we've seen, but it's not common enough that I would feel proud of my grandpa (who just turned 80, by the way) representing the same name that I share with him.

I'm guessing your post was mostly speaking in jest, but I'm just saying... I hope you realize it's not just your life that you affect when you do this.

Re: What is it with robbing banks?

Banks & Jewelry stores around here are getting robbed in broad daylight. Hell, a jewelry store in a major mall (Tysons Corner, in a very affluent neighborhood) was robbed one day.

That kind of stuff must exist, right? Maybe they don't even physically have to do anything at the bank and it's all through a network.
Lol. Your not serious are you?

So, completely off topic but still funny and goes in line with this post.

When I was playing baseball in college here in PA my home address was listed as New Mexico because that is where I had lived previously and my parents currently lived there.

I got called into the athletic office one day to fill out an international players form one day because I didn't have clearance to play in the US without it lol.
