Hopefully, it's just about the start of the network and only covers the Rasmussen years. If they stick to that, it could be good so long as it is more of a serious film than a comedy.

Yea, the way Miller described it today was to think of it similar to the "Social Network."

ESPN will probably at some point get some sort of a say but they are not involved in the movie at all.

That's exactly the way I envisioned it. Of course, they more than likely won't be able to get a director the caliber of Fincher for it, but hopefully it isn't a nobody or a "popcorn movie" director. Keep it as a period piece (late 70s to mid 80s) and keep it serious.

^Second floor of the Com hall at UW was empty 95% of the time. Glorious if I had to go.

On another note, I think I killed it at today's interview. I think I'm much more likely to get this job than the last one and I would prefer it honestly.
