Everybody does something for a reason, even if it's "just because". These aren't "just because" moments to me...these perpetrators have a reason behind it.

You can have a reason to do something and it not be reasonable.

But it's reasonable to them, which is often the point, no matter how despicable.

First off, glad to hear the CA guys are okay. I know there's plenty more here and I hope they're all safe as well.

When I heard this over the radio coming home from work, I got a mixture of angry/confused. I yelled to the big man upstairs why did this keep happening in my car. It's like a leak in your house... you come home to it, clean up the mess and fix it, then it busts open every couple weeks. You can't pin down the source so you can't explain why it keeps happening so all you can do is put a little bandaid over top of it and brace yourself for the next one.

My father-in-law & I talked about it for a bit when I got home but we couldn't come to a solution. There's options, but we simply don't know if they will actually fix the problem. To me, it's a people problem. And people have free will to do what they want. So how exactly can we fix that?

Bingo....I really think it's a true people connection problem. Now we have to figure out what causes so much isolation.

I guess that the truly difficult part though.

Bus accident just across the road from my house this morning. Bus & van collided then the bus veered off road & almost went into a house. No one was seriously hurt but debris was all over the road. Here's a pic.
