It's a blitz that gets a sack or through the line almost instantly, no matter what. You normally have to set them up by yourself but there are ones in the game that take no set up, like in the 1-5-5.

as long as its not something you get by just getting on the line we're good.. I dont think anybody in this group plays at the line anyway

I think you mostly get nano's from overloading one side of the o-line with a blitz. That one guy from Hogies old league use to nano with his user dt, i don't how tf he did that tho. Basically if you're getting a sack on the Qb, with the Qb not being able to complete a 3 step drop everytime you run a certain defensive play, its a nano.
